[TuT] how to solve app error 523 on BlackBerry

well lets start directly

• download BlackBerry Desktop Software FROM HERE
•  JL_Cmder v1.9.1 download from here

Install the BlackBerry  Desktop

Then connect the phone using the USB cable to computer

And after to make sure that the phone has been connected successfully on a computer


install program JL_Cmder v1.9.1

Then moved on to the next folder (which is the installation of the program)


C: \ Program Files \ JL_Cmder
Click JL_Cmder

Press any button of the keyboard

type the password if existed on BlackBerry if not press Y on Keyboard

And now select resettofactory

means click on 5

Supposed to ask you two options YES or NO
Select YES, of course, means writing a letter Y

Now you have to wait only seconds for the device reboot process

Then do not do something just waited nearly 15 minutes you will see on the display to complement the process
