Bologna 2011: Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione

Dedicated to the circuit, the Ferrari 599XX Ferrari was already the most successful. At the Bologna Motor Show, the Evoluzione version wins 20 hp and an even more sophisticated aerodynamics.
With its 730 hp V12 and slick tires, the Ferrari 599XX had enough to make any driver drool. While the career of 599 "civilian" is coming to an end, Maranello has decided to upgrade its sister track racer, reserved exclusively for use on a circuit to enable engineers to overcome the shackles of certification standards for maximum performance.

The extraordinary V12 6.0 is increased to 750 hp (660 against 670 on HgTe and the GTO) with new exhaust side, while the staging of the box has been shortened. 35 kg lighter simultaneously floor and new Pirelli tires, especially the beast benefits of a new active rear wing (in the manner of the DRS of the current Formula 1 cars), the angle of the different parts fit in real time an optimal compromise of a lap between downforce and speed. Thus rigged, now runs the 599 Fiorano circuit in 1'15, 2 "less than before and nearly 10" less than a Fiorano "basic".

It will not be the only monster present on the stand to prancing horse at the Bologna Motor Show. The Evoluzione 599 XX will indeed be accompanied by his ancestor FXX, which applied to very nearly the same revenue on a basis of Enzo. One can also admire the 458 GT3 and GT2 Italia team AF Corse, titled this year's Le Mans Series. For dessert, the fans will get an appearance of the F10, the F1 car of Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa in 2010. It will be conducted for the occasion by Giancarlo Fisichella.
